This is technically the last week of my prep block. I have another week and a half after this week before leaving on vacation for 6 days, so I may have to build in another day of prep and treat my 6 days like a deload before coming back to tackle the comp block. I’m feeling pretty ready to end the prep, but I also know that the time off will help a lot with feeling recovered at the start of the comp block. Hopefully, I can push for one more week.
