SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of June 02, 2025
I’m starting to feel pretty locking in with my main lifts. Squats are still hit or miss, but the little routine that I’ve developed with the belt squat seems to be enough to keep me from back tracking. I know that if I have a bad day, I will likely feel less positive about things but, at the moment, even on days when I feel tired, I’m getting through these higher reps and maintaining pretty good technique.
I hope that this will all translate into some nice PRs.
