• How stable is the Agile Rack and does it wobble? Like most portable exercise equipment, some wobble is normal. Even very strong structures wobble. The Agile Rack is completely safe and rated to support up to 700 lb. Watch video. 

• How heavy/portable is the Verse Agile Rack? If you can deadlift 65 lbs, (that's an olympic barbell and a pair of 10-lb plates), you can lift the Agile Rack. If you struggle with that amount of weight, you might not consider this quite portable. We also sell a Carrying Strap that can help you take it on the go.

• Is there an official way to set up the Verse Agile Rack? Yes, there is! Watch this quick video to learn how to set yours up in under a minute. To start, you will need about 7’3” of clear floor space. 

• What size barbell can I use? We recommend barbells with a shaft length of 52” or more. 50" shaft length will fit, but won't be optimal for re-racking.

• What accessories are compatible with the Agile Rack?

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. Shipping
estimates are available at checkout based on your order and shipping
address.

Processing Time: Orders are typically
processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on
weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Method: We use standard shipping for all domestic orders.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a
shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You
can use this information to track your package's journey to your
doorstep.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are
estimates and may vary depending on factors such as shipping address,
product availability, and peak seasons. While we strive to deliver your

Order Modifications: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Verse™
Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have
been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your
shipping address is accurate and secure to avoid any delivery issues.

30-day Return Policy
We hope you are delighted with your product. However, if you are not fully
satisfied, you may return it within 30 days for a refund under these
conditions:

• Refunds cover the product cost only; original shipping cost is non-refundable.
• You are responsible for return shipping and must send the item back in its original packaging.
• Packages that are opened will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@verse.fit and optionally share
your reason for the return. We’ll provide a return form and next steps.
Please pack the product in its original packaging, arrange return shipping to the provided address, and keep a tracking number.

Five (5) Year Limited Warranty
We want you to enjoy your Verse product for years, which is why it
includes a five-year warranty. We will repair or replace any product found to have defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not
cover misuse, abuse, or use of the product outside of our guidelines.
