Another week, another attempt to get stronger. I am starting to feel more comfortable with slightly heavier weights, and my technique feels pretty good at this point. Most of the issues I have are related to my knee or shoulder being a little wonky. I need to stay on top of it, but I think it’s somewhat just the wear and tear of 20+ years of lifting.
