SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of September 2, 2024
Nothing much to report this week. Starting the new block for the classic lifts. The number of lifts has dropped about 20% compared to the last 4 weeks, but the average intensity is creeping up and the specific percentages are bumped just a bit.
This is the 5’s week for the strength lifts and things are starting to feel a lot better. More explosive and overall just easier. It’s never fun to have to start light, but it does pay off in the end.
