SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of November 17, 2025
Another week of solo parenting and it happens to be a week with early dismissal for parent-teacher conferences, because of course. I can’t really know day to day what my schedule will be and how much time I will have to do anything.
On the bright side, I got a decent squat workout in, albeit with pretty light weights. However, so far, it hasn’t seemed to bother my knee in a negative way. I used some Iron Rebel knee sleeves to do it, which I think helped, though they are intense. Having never used anything thicker than some McDavid sleeves from the pharmacy, I was surprised that they are considered raw lifting.
