SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of November 10, 2025

 

My wife is out of town for this week and possibly the next few weeks, which greatly affects my ability to get training in. I still try to find what little time I can, but it tends to require me to have shorter and fewer workouts in the week. I can’t predict from day to day what kind of training time I will have available. Thankfully, I have the Agile Rack, and I can at least get presses in the early morning.

 

I did some full snatches this week and was mostly successful. My knees weren’t blown out from it, and my shoulder only slightly bothered (though I think that has more to do with not doing them for so long). I need to work on my mobility once I have more time.

 

MONDAY

TUESDAY

Press: bar x20, 95 2x5, 125x3, 145x3, 170 2x3, 4x2

Full Snatch: 95x1,2,3, 110 2x3, 132x3, 155x3, 177 4x2

Clean Pull: 290 3x3

Close Grip Bench Press: 155x5, 170x5, 177x5, 185x5, 192x5

Hill sprints with my daughter — 5 long hill, 5 short hill

Box jumps: 8x3


WEDNESDAY

THURSDAY

Press: bar x20, 95x5, 145 4x5, 1x4,

Power Clean + Power Jerk: try for something like 195 3x3+1

Snatch Pull 265 5x2

Press: 170 3x3, 3x2

Power Snatch: try some heavier singles

Clean Pull: 300 6x2

Close Grip Bench Bench

FRIDAY

SATURDAY

Press: 145 3x5, 2x4

Power Clean + Power Jerk: try to work up to some heavy singles

Snatch Pull

Play at the gym with my daughter
