SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of March 17, 2025
Just another training week. It’s a lower volume week, which is perfect as I am fighting off a cold/some annoying disease. I may have to modulate the intensity of certain days, it just depends on how I am feeling, but I will make sure to keep the volume as required and try to hit at least 75% weights for the lifts themselves.
I was feeling really good last week. In fact, it was the best I had felt since getting sick in January. I am really hoping that this doesn't set me back as long as that illness did. Having kids in school is killer on my gainz.
