This week is the highest volume week of this mesocycle. Most days, I don’t quite get all of the work in and have to finish the last exercise later in the day or the following day. In the end, as long as I get it all done, I don’t really care. This will be hard, given the total volume, but I am trying to keep the majority of the volume in the 65-75% range, rather than higher, so that I can actually get it done. Still venturing into 80-90% range, but for a very controlled amount of reps.
