SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of June 23, 2025
This week starts my rest and recovery week. I leave for a vacation on Wednesday and am not going to try and find a gym to train at. My hope is that all of my little injuries will benefit from the layoff. I do intend to stay active with hiking and swimming and, possibly some nonsense workouts in the hotel gym or using bodyweight. If I do, it’s more for the mental effect than anything else. When I come back, I will continue the rest, but doing some active recovery like sleds and what not, until July 7th. I haven’t had a long stretch of time off like this for quite a while. Hopefully it helps.
