This is the tentative plan for the week of July 4th. It will all depend on how my sinus issue is going and access to gyms if I end up traveling. My snatches feel great and I am confident about hitting these numbers. My clean and jerks, not so much. I’m still trying to overcome the weird technical hiccup I developed over this cycle. Either way, I won’t let it bother me.
