SHANE'S TRAINING - WEEK OF FEBRUARY 2, 2026

As I mentioned last week, my wife is out of town this week, which means my morning training time is no longer available. On top of that, my daughter has been at home sick Monday and Tuesday (the day I am writing this). I don’t know what ability I will have to train, so I am not going to write anything down. I know that I will do something, even if it is minimal, as I did today with snatches. It might end up being kettlebell or bodyweight stuff. Who knows. It'll be something to keep this engine chugging along.

Lying Leg Curl/Abductor: 150/220 3x12/15

Leg Extension/Adductor: 260/150 2x15

Buffalo Bar Squat: 245 5x10 (60 seconds rest)

Extra Deep Trap Bar Ukrainian Deadlift: 195 4x10

Hack Squat: 315 1x15 then ran out of time 

Power Snatch: 110x2, 120x2, 130x2, 140 2x2, 150 2x2, 160 2x2, 170 2x2

Hand Power Snatch: 154 3x3
