As I mentioned last week, my wife is out of town this week, which means my morning training time is no longer available. On top of that, my daughter has been at home sick Monday and Tuesday (the day I am writing this). I don’t know what ability I will have to train, so I am not going to write anything down. I know that I will do something, even if it is minimal, as I did today with snatches. It might end up being kettlebell or bodyweight stuff. Who knows. It'll be something to keep this engine chugging along.
