I think I will manage to squeeze in 6 days this week. I may have to adjust a little on the back end of the week, but I can definitely get the important stuff done. I am somewhat adapting to the 10-rep range and not feeling as wrecked by those 5x10 sets as I was last week. It’s a good feeling.

 

DAY 1

Buffalo Bar Squat: 257 5x10 (60 seconds rest)

Extra Deep Trap Bar Ukrainian Deadlift: 205 3x10

Hack Squat w/heels lifted and LOTS of band tension: 225 1x8, 135 2x15

Lying Leg Curl - 3x10

Leg Extensions: 3x10

Adductor/Abductor: 180x6/250x15

Overhead Press: 100x1,2,3; 120x3, 140x3, 160 3x3, 3x2

Close Grip Bench: 150 5x10 (60 seconds rest)

Buffalo Bar Incline Bench: 2x12

Landmine Shoulders (laterals, presses, etc.): x a ton

Stretch Push Ups: Attempting 1-20 ladder

Band Pull Aparts: 20-1

DB Incline Bench: 3x8
Cable Lateral Raises: 2x6-8

Dips: Attempting 1-20 ladder 

Attempt to do some back and arms at a hotel gym. I don’t what they will have on offer, but I’m sure that I can cobble together a decent session
