SHANE'S TRAINING - WEEK OF FEBRUARY 16, 2026
Due to traveling, my week is pretty off schedule. I will do my best to hit what is needed to keep progressing according to my plan, but the overall volume milestones will be off what they need to be. My training partner is also on a different schedule from me, so it sort of works out that I can vamp a bit this week and then sync up to the same schedule next week.
The hotel gym we had access to was…fine. I was able to make do, but it certainly wasn’t anywhere near what I was hoping for. Sometimes it’s fun to have the challenge of figuring out exercises and ways of making the weight harder.
