SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of September 1, 2025

 

I don’t have a lot to report this week. It’s a deload week and a pretty aggressive one. My knee was starting to act up at the end of last week and my shoulder, which has been a problem throughout this whole cycle, was also not in a good place. It lines up perfectly with the end of the block, though I wasn’t necessarily intending to make it this aggressive. I’m not terribly worried that it will hold me back and, in fact, I’m hoping it will give my knee and shoulder some much needed rest/recovery and I can roll into the start of the next block in a much better state.
