SHANE'S TRAINING - Week of September 01, 2026
I am feeling like I have found a plan that works for my knee. Rotating squats each week and keeping the overall squat volume low, while pushing accessories, seems to be working. I felt a slight discomfort on the high bar squats, but it was minor.
My right shoulder is tweaked and preventing me from doing my usual press training. It’s frustrating, but I know I can find some kind of workaround. I think it was caused by catching a power clean in a weird way, or at least was exacerbated by it. It too will pass.
