SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of May 12, 2025

 

Weights are slowly starting to creep up, or the reps at a given weight. I’m still struggling with the knee issue, though, for the most part, I’m managing to work around it. The Wednesday workout really seems to help. At least for a little while. I try to throw extra belt squat in on days that I have time to make up for the overall lack of squatting that I am doing, but I never know when that will be so I won't include it here.

Power Clean + Power Jerk - 145x3, 155x3, 167 2x3, 182x3, 195x3, 205x1, 215x1, 225 4x1

Snatch High Pull - 187 4x4

Wide Stance Back Squat - 325 3x3

Press - 180 3x2

Snatch - 132x4, 155x4, 175 3x4, up to max for the day

Clean + Jerk - 167x4+1, 195x4+1, 225 3x4+1, up to max for the day....if I have energy

Rack Jerk - 195x3, 225 2x3, 237x2

Power Clean + Push Press - 145x4, 155x4, 167 2x3, 182x3, 195 2x3

Adductor/Abductor 

Hack Squat Machine on toes
