SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of May 12, 2025
Weights are slowly starting to creep up, or the reps at a given weight. I’m still struggling with the knee issue, though, for the most part, I’m managing to work around it. The Wednesday workout really seems to help. At least for a little while. I try to throw extra belt squat in on days that I have time to make up for the overall lack of squatting that I am doing, but I never know when that will be so I won't include it here.
