My knee feels a lot better this week. Rotating some of the rehab back into my week seemed to be the ticket. I am starting to develop some sinus headache issues, which is something that has started happening to me the last 18 months or so, and I’m not sure how that will affect my training this week. I am doing what I can, mostly netty potting, and am trying to train movements that aren’t too bad. It’s only Tuesday as I write this, so hopefully it passes by tomorrow (Wednesday).

 

I am getting some very comprehensive bloodwork on Wednesday to see where my numbers are. I turn 40 in two-ish months so it seems like a good time to get a snapshot of my health and establish a baseline for my later decades.
