SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of March 31, 2025
It’s spring break and I am at my in-laws for the week. I brought along my Agile Rack, some weights and a barbell so that I can keep up with my training. I am in a medium volume week and only training 4 days as a result. I have decided to keep the weights slightly lower, since I am just training in my in-laws' back yard and don’t have a great setup for misses. If, by chance, things are feeling really good on any day, I will go up a bit heavier than what is planned here. I will just have to see what each day holds. The weights listed and weights I know I can do without too much concern for missing.
