It’s the week of July 4th. I’m not going anywhere, but I also don't feel like doing a lot this week. I will still get good workouts in, but I am dropping the number of exercises and sets. Most of these sessions take me 30-45 minutes. That feels about right for this week.

 

DAY 1

Seated Leg Curl: 2x8

Hatfield Bulgarian Split Squat: 275 2x5 per leg, 220 2x8

Box Squat w/6 mats: 395x1, 350x8, 300 3x10

Pulldowns: 100x20, 150x12, 220x8,6; 175 2x10

Deadstop Row: 205 3x8

Rack pull: 600x6, 540x10

Straight Arm Pulldowns: 215

DAY 3

DAY 4

Overhead: 160x7, 3x5, 3x4, 3x3

Reverse Fly Machine: 5x20-30

Close Grip Bench: 225x8, 6, 2x5, 2x4, 205 2x12

Dips: 3 AMRAP w/70

Double DB clean + press: 52 3xAMRAP

Probably sled or hill sprints
