SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of July 21, 2025
Starting a new block this week. I was feeling like I lost a lot between the time off for vacation and the injuries I was dealing with. My shoulder is still an issue, in fact, a bit worse after catching a snatch a little weird on Monday. It seems I can train through it though.
The plan is to build some volume with 80% lifts to get back to where I finished before taking time off. I mentally need some successes with training right now so I even dropped the starting maxes a bit.
