SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of August 11, 2025
Starting a new block where the movements and weights stay the same but the reps bump up by one. The same volumizing wave will continue then, after these 3 weeks, the weights will go up.
My knee was feeling good enough to be able to do some squats this week, albeit light. At least at the beginning of the week. I hope this trend continues. My shoulder is still not 100% but I was able to do 175 for sets of 4. I did still have some misses at that weight due to pain, however I was able to retake the rep and complete all 3x4.
