SHANE'S TRAINING – Week of April 14, 2025
Easing back into full lifts and some squats this week to see how my knee holds up. Truly only time will tell. So far, after full lifts and front squats on Monday, it seems okay. There was a little bit of sharp pain at the bottom of the front squats, but not so much that I couldn't stand it. Hopefully that continues as the week progresses. If it does start to bother me too much, I will keep doing the leg training I did last week and, perhaps, throw in some higher ROM, overloaded front and back squats, aka Anderson Squats. Either way, I will push to keep these weights progressing.
