I’m back from spring break travel. I kept up training last week, particularly knee rehab, and things are feeling pretty good. The BFR seems to be paying off. I was able to do deep squat with minor pain, and full snatches this week without any knee pain. I will try full cleans later this week and see if they have minimal pain as well. Either way, things seem to be progressing somewhat. Somewhat is the best I can hope for at the moment.

Lying Leg Curls: 3x6

Leg Extensions w/BFR straps: 5x10
High bar squat: 325 5x3

Super Deep Buffalo Bar Good morning: 95 5x10

Backward Sled Drags w/BFR Straps: 150 x3 trips


Full Snatch: 90x1,2,3, 110x3, 132x3, 155 2x3, 175 3x2, 190 2x2

Power Clean + Power Jerk: 155x3, 175x3, 200 5x1, 3x3 


Pulldowns: 4x10
