This week finished up the second week of the cycle and ends with the first week of week “3.” Since we are following a 6-day split over 4 days per week, the actual weeks are a little bit weird. Regardless, this takes us through completing each workout twice, albeit with some slight variations, and ends this calendar week with the third squat emphasis workout.
I am much less sore than I was last week, though still quite sore. I’m squeezing Olympic lifts in a few days a week, but not really tracking it here. I’m keeping it easy and just making sure I don’t lose my technique.
