My knee really started bothering me again last week. I have decided to run a 3-6 week block of some rehab stuff to see if I can fix it. Again. It’s very annoying because I feel like I was finally starting to get my squat back into the somewhat respectable range. Oh well. At least I can push upper-body lifts.

 

DAY 1

DAY 2

A bunch of knee rehab stuff :( 

Good Mornings to Pins: up to 285x1, then 245 3x3

Seated Leg Curls: 5x10

90 Degree Back Extensions: 2x12


Power Snatch: 150 3x2, 160 2x2, 170x2, 180 2x1

Power Clean: 175  5x1, 200 5x1, 225 3x1, 235 2x1

Pulldowns: 6x10

Seated Cable Rows: 3x10

Close Grip Pulldowns: 2x15

Bent Over Row: 2x10

DB Rows: 2x10

Inverted Rows w/feet up: 2x8, feet down 2x12

Overhead Press: 170 4x3, 2x2

70 Degree Incline Press: up to max, then 80% for 5x3-5

Close Grip Bench: 170 5x10

Reverse Fly: 5x10

Dips: 40 3x8-10  

Lateral Raises: 5x10

70 Degree Incline Press: 150 5x10…or as many sets of 10 as I can

Weighted Stretch Push ups: 2-3x6-8

Reverse Fly: 3x15-20

Behind the neck press: 112 5x10
